Panels
The Panel is the core of the HomeNet™ System. It manages the distribution of electronic signals via coax, twisted pair, and fiber optic cables. It allows the installer or user to easily reconfigure the system with plug-and-play ease. It is the central distribution point for adding and connecting intelligent devices. The HomeNet™ system is designed with a star wire configuration. This means that there is one central point from which all other parts of the system begin. The star configuration allows all components to receive accurate information at the highest speeds.

We offer several different panels to choose from, depending on your specific needs and budget.

FutureSmart Pro Series
These are our top of the line panels. They allow for fiber optic modules, security modules, KSU phone system modules and many others. This is the most upgradeable panel. The Pro series panel is also the most user configurable. Yes, you the homeowner can make changes with these panels.

Pro 8

This means that it has 8 zones, rooms or wallplates. This is our most common panel for an average sized home (2800sq ft.).

At the very bottom of the panel is the three expansion bays.

Above that is the Service Input Hub. This is the is the gateway for connecting outside telecommunication and network services.

Above that is the Telephone hub.

Next up is the Co-Ax or Video hub.

And Finally, the rooms or zone jacks.

FutureSmart QuickNetwork Series

These panels are more economical. They still offer the speed and reliability as the Pro series except they are not as easy to reconfigure. Also at the current time the QuickNetwork panels do not offer as many modules, although more are being added all the time.

QNW-A

The QNW-A Distribution System is a flexible and yet economical signal distribution panel

It comes standard with a 4 input, 8 output video module. This means that it supports up to 8 TV sets.

It comes with the MDT-124 Telephone module. The Telephone distribution allows you to route up to four phone lines to as many as twelve locations.

QND-48P
This is our most economical panel. It includes a combined telephone and video module. This panel would most likely be wired with our bundled cable withour fiber. By doing this, a typical system may cost as little as $500. That's about the same price as your electrician would charge for a conventional, outdated system.
